• Adverbs are powerful. They add meaning and accuracy to what you say (and as a result of this, they make what you say more interesting.
• Using different linking words immediately makes your sentences feel more like a native speaker. Don’t just use “AND”! 举例：However, because, in addition, as well as, on the other hand, since, also
• Every answer you give should be COMPLETE – Not too long or not too short. A complete answer includes: *A statement of what you feel or know.* Why.* Examples, anecdotes, reasons (see the other EQ IELTS Tips).
• Remember, be natural. It is not a test of facts. It is a test of your ability to produce English language and express yourself in English. The examiner is concerned about “HOW” you answer the question.
• Practice reading aloud. By doing that, you will become familiar with some of the typical “sets” of word combinations and later, when you come across new examples that fit into these or similar sets, you will be more likely to guess the correct placement of the stress. It is not necessary to spend a lot of time actually memorizing the contents of these lists.
