I can easily recall the most recent time I gave someone flowers. It was late last year, I believe in November, and I gave them to my ex-girlfriend. My reason for giving her flowers was actually not as a present, but instead as a way of saying ‘sorry’ to her. We just had an argument, and on accident I made her cry. I felt horrible, but then I showed her how sorry I was by giving her a bouquet of flowers, and it helped to make both of us feel better.
